Auto Emails

After the author submits the initiative, the next defined recipient automatically receives an email notification. This informs them that an agenda item needing their review and approval has been delivered to their ESB inbox.

At any time, the collaboration team can add comments or suggest revisions.

When one member of the team electronically signs off on an item, it is sent on to the next approving authority until reaching the Superintendent for final approval.
